Rest in Peace Mr John Peel

Sad news indeed to hear of his passing away. The man was a legend...

Everyone's probably got their own fond memories of him... mine would be the journeys back from Campus gone 10:30, either from staying at the radio station or up in the library doing last minute revision, and listening to John play some of the best-and some of the (hilariously) worst-new music on my cold, lonely 20 minute walk back from the bus to my house.

He really was a big part of my Uni life and it's a real sad thing to see him go.
